- Manufacture and deliver poultry products that meet the highest food safety and quality requirements.
- Meet and exceed all statutory and regulatory requirements for food safety and quality.
- Validate the effectiveness of our Food Safety Management System (FSMS) through internal and external audit processes.
- Increasing quality and food safety awareness in all personnel through structured training programs that will develop technical skills, increase awareness, manage risks and increase levels of excellence.
- Continually review food safety policies, standards and procedures to effectively manage food safety risks associated with changes in products, processes and technologies.
- Applying HACCP principles by controlling biological, physical, and chemical hazards as well as allergens to ensure the production of food safe products.
- Include Food Safety and Quality objectives in the annual business planning process to ensure that the FSMS remains an integral part of the business.
- Ensure that suppliers and contactors embrace the same food safety commitments through audits and incoming goods inspections.
- Communicate food safety requirements to suppliers, contractors, customers and consumers by establishing specifications.
